WebHeady Topper is quite a good beer but it's not life changing or anything. It's just very regional so it can be difficult to find outside of Vermont. (Even then it's not impossible, I've found it in Denver before) Also to add it was one of the first beers that popularized the "new england / hazy" IPA trend so it's got some status from that as well.
