However, many veterans feel left behind with inconsistent messaging about the new system and without the technological resources to access it. WebThe BTSSS system still says "Bing does not recognize your address" (who uses Bing? Why not Google?). I was able to update Google online and my new address showed up after a couple weeks. I did the same with Bing and my neighborhood still isn't showing up. The travel office at my VA doesnt have paper forms and they are honestly clueless..
